These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of cacele.com (the "Site"), the corporate website operated by Cacele Digital, LLC, a Florida limited liability company located in St. Augustine, Florida ("Cacele", "we", "our", "us").
These Terms cover the corporate website only. Each Cacele app (Calendefy, Invoicefy, CraftMail.ai, CommandVault, First Page) and each Cacele service (WebElevated, Cacele.AI, Practice Pays) has its own terms that govern your use of that product. Signing up for an app or engaging a service means agreeing to that product's terms separately.

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't, please don't use the Site.

Content ownership
Our content (articles, images we created, page copy, and code) is owned by Cacele Digital, LLC and protected by copyright. Some images are licensed from Pexels under their license; specific photo credits are available on request.

By subscribing to our newsletter, you're consenting to receive marketing emails from us. You can unsubscribe any time using the link at the bottom of every email.
