In plain language
We collect three things on this site: (1) your email if you subscribe to the newsletter, (2) your contact details if you fill out a contact or demo form, and (3) basic anonymous analytics about which pages get visited. We don't sell your data, we don't run third-party advertising trackers, and you can ask us to delete anything we have on you at any time.
Who we are
Cacele Digital, LLC ("Cacele", "we", "our", "us") is a Florida limited liability company based in St. Augustine, Florida. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information you give us when you visit cacele.com (the "Site").
This policy covers only the corporate website you're reading now. Each Cacele app (Calendefy, Invoicefy, CraftMail.ai, CommandVault, First Page) and each Cacele service (WebElevated, Cacele.AI, Practice Pays) has its own privacy notice that governs that product specifically.
What we collect
Newsletter subscriptions. If you subscribe through one of our forms, we store your email address, the page you subscribed from, the date and time, and any UTM campaign parameters in your URL.
Contact and demo forms. If you fill out a contact, demo, or "talk to us" form, we store your name, email address, phone number (if provided), company, industry (if provided), your message, the page the form was on, and any UTM parameters.
Server logs. Like every website, our hosting provider Vercel automatically records request metadata — IP address, browser, page requested, timestamp — for security and debugging. These logs are retained for a short rolling window (typically about 30 days) by Vercel.
Analytics. When we enable analytics, we use first-party Vercel Analytics or Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization. We do not run third-party advertising pixels (no Meta Pixel, no LinkedIn Insight Tag, no Google Ads remarketing) on the Site.
Cookies. A small number of strictly necessary cookies and local-storage entries — see the Cookie Notice for the full list.
We do not collect special-category personal data (health information, biometrics, financial account info, etc.) on the Site. If you're using one of the Cacele apps, that app's privacy notice explains what it collects.
How we use your information
- Newsletter: to send you the articles you signed up for. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.
- Forms: to respond to your inquiry and follow up about the product or service you asked about.
- Analytics: to understand which articles and pages are useful so we can write more of what works.
- Logs: for security monitoring, debugging, and abuse prevention.
We do not use this data to retarget you across the web. We do not sell or rent it. We do not use it to train AI models.
Where it's stored (subprocessors)
We use the following service providers to run this website:
- Vercel — hosts the Site and runs the serverless functions that render article pages. Located in the United States. Vercel privacy policy.
- Supabase — stores newsletter subscriptions, lead form submissions, and article content in a managed PostgreSQL database in the United States. Supabase privacy policy.
- Google Fonts — delivers the Inter Tight, Inter, and Instrument Serif fonts used on the Site. Google sees your IP address when these load. Google Fonts privacy.
- Pexels — some article images are loaded from Pexels' CDN; Pexels sees your IP when those images load. Pexels privacy policy.
We have a data-processing relationship with Supabase (where your contact and newsletter data lives) and Vercel (where the Site runs). We don't share your data with anyone else.
How long we keep it
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe, plus a short grace period (90 days) to honor double-opt-out and prevent re-subscription confusion.
- Lead and contact form data: up to 24 months from the last interaction unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
- Server logs: about 30 days, automatically.
- Analytics: aggregate, not tied to individual users; retained per Vercel/Google Analytics defaults.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what data we have on you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete it
- Stop processing it
- Send you a portable copy
If you're in the EU/UK, GDPR applies. If you're in California, CCPA/CPRA applies. We honor these requests in any case.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@cacele.com. We respond within 30 days. We won't make you jump through hoops.
Children
The Site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through the Site, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy materially, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and announce the change in our newsletter. Past versions are available on request.
